ART 235 - Introduction to Papermaking - University of Hawaii at Hilo |
A studio course focusing on the techniques involved with
creating handmade paper. Students will learn, practice, and
apply the fundamentals of the papermaking process, which
will include pulp preparation, basic sheet formation,
sizing, pressing, and drying. Studies will concentrate on
Western applications. This course is not repeatable.
