NOTE: Special Topic of this course is Mahiʻai Kalo: The Loʻi - This class will focus on loʻi kalo (Taro pondfield) and the details of creating loʻi and auwai, and planting, maintaining and harvesting kalo in a loʻi. There will be classes scheduled for off site loʻi work.
