Spanish (SPAN)

Students who need courses beyond the 101-level should take the free placement exam (manoa.hawaii.edu/llea/?page_id=780) .
NOTE: The time for ALL January 2017 (except January 13, 2017) Spanish placement exams have been changed to 1:30-2:30 pm. The Spanish placement exam on January 13, 2017 is scheduled at 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm in Moore 153A.

All sections of SPAN 101 meet in Moore 153 at their regularly scheduled time on the first day of class, January 9.

All students registered for SPAN 101-202 must attend the first class meeting. Failure to do so without prior consent may result in the assignment of your space to another student and require you to drop the class to avoid a grade of "F."

Assigned faculty and classrooms may change frequently; check your schedule and posted signs carefully.

SPAN 101 is not open to native or heritage Spanish speakers.
