This is an Internet Class. Reliable Internet access and e-mail access required (high speed connection recommended). Students must be familiar with using a computer and have basic Internet skills (browsing, sending e-mail, saving/sending files). This online class may include required proctored activities or tests at approved UH testing facilities during normal business hours.

Students must have access to a video camera to record their speech performace with an adult audience of at least five (5) persons. The recorded video must be uploaded to YouTube, with a public for the instructor. The link for the instructor the instructor is to be listed in the provided Laulima site. Burning a CD of the of the speech is another option. Phone-cams are unacceptable due to the poor visual/auditory quality.
